On Saturday, August 15th, at 1740 hrs the station was alerted for a engine cover Station 24 (Odessa). Engine 29-4 responded with crew of 6 under the command of A/C Newman. While responding to the cover up the engine was sent to St. Georges Vo-Tech High for a medical assist. The engine's crew once onscene provided aid to the patient til the ambulance arrived. While clearing the medical assist the engine made the response with Rescue 24 and Station 15 (Delaware City) units for a mvc on the Rte 1 Bridge. Once cleared, the engine returned to Station 24 is continue the cover assignment. Thanks to Odessa members for the hospitality during our assignment.
