Water Rescue In 4/24 Local - Odessa

On Sunday November 29th at 1237 hrs, the station was alerted to assist stations 4/24 on a water rescue in the Appoquinimink Creek on Old State Rd. MRU 29 quickly responded under the command of Deputy Brian Dunkelberger shortly followed by TSU 29 with marine 2 under the command of Captain Scott Newell. Upon arrival the crews launch marine 2 and assisted 24 marine 2 with the rescue of two subjects and towing the injured party's vessel to the ramp.
