The station was alerted for an MVC with entrapment with the vehicle reported in the Water. Arriving units found a box type truck off the road way in the marsh with heavy entrapment. Deputy 29 assumed command and directed the complex operation. Crews from Port Penn and Delaware City Fire Company completed the extrication in 20 minutes and the patient was flown to Christiana Care Via DSP Trooper 4.
