On Thursday morning at 0622 hrs station 29 along with Rescue 24 while on the road were dispatched to a mvc at Port Penn Road and Dutch Neck Road. A-29 responded with 2 followed shortly by Rescue 29 with crew of 4 under the command of D/C Brad Speakman. While responding fireboard advised units that it was on Dutch Neck Road. Rescue 24 along with both 29 units went arrival on Dutch Neck at the C&D Canal with a single vehichle off the road and rolled over at which time D/C Speakman assumed command. The driver had self extricated himself prior to arrival. A-29 transported the driver to CER and the scene was turned over to DSP. Units Responding: A-29, Rescue 29, Rescue 24, DSP
