At approx. 1020 hrs, the station was alerted for 29 marine 2 to assist the Delaware State Police on a vehichle recovery. MRU 29 with 29 marine 2 went responding under the command of Chief F. Schoeffler. While responding DSP they wanted the boat to launch and assist the DSP dive team with the recovery of a vehichle from the accident that occured on 11-16-08. 29 Marine 2 was launched with Chief Schoeffler and Deputy Speakman and they assisted DSP diver's with getting the tow straps to the vehichle and assisted the diver's in and out of the area. The vehichle was pulled to the bank and units cleared at aprox. 1330 hrs.
