At 1424 hours the station was alerted to assist station 18 (Goodwill) on a working structure response. When Engine 183 went responding, they were advised that DNREC units were onscene with heavy smoke showing at which time 183 command asked for the up-grade and the tanker task force (Tanker 33, Tanker 29, Tanker 24). Tanker 29 responded with a crew of 4 under the command of Asst. Chief John Newman. The tanker's crew assisted station 18 with suppression and water supply until they were released.
