On February 8th at 2300hrs, the station was alerted for a RIT assignment on a working house fire on New Street in Middletown. Engine 29-4 went responding with a crew of 5 under the command of Deputy Chief Newman followed by Chief Schoeffler in the Chief's Wagon. Upon arrival 29-4's crew was spilt up and re-assigned to do a secondary search and to assist with fire suppression.
