On April 2nd at 1734hrs the station was alerted for a car fire on Route 9 north of Port Penn. Tanker 29 responded under the command of FF/EMT Tim Conrad. Deputy 29 (J. Newman) also made the response in the Chief's wagon. Upon arrival Tanker 29 found a Chevy Tahoe with the interior well off. Tanker 29's crew placed a line in service and quickly knocked down the fire. Deputy 29 placed the scene under control and turned over to DSP. Units Responding: Tanker 29, Deputy 29, DSP
