At 1141 hrs the station was alerted to assist 1/27 on a house fire. Engine 29-4 quickly responded with a crew of 4 under the command of A/C Stuckert. While responding 1-7 arrived with fire showing followed shortly by 27-5 and 29-4. The engine crew split up two going inside to assist with supression and two stretched a 5 inch line three doors down to and hydrant was able to supply the attack units in front of the residence. The worked until cleared by Chief 27 once under control.
