On the above date Station 29 and 15 for the BLS were dispatched for an MVC at Dupont Parkway in the area of Scotts Run and the Free Ramp onto State Route 1. Rescue 29 with a Crew of 4 under the command of Deputy 29 (Newman) made the responce with in minutes and was advised that A-29 from 1 and 13 and B-15 were also making the response. Upon arrival of Rescue 29 we found ALS 22 and Paramedic 1812 already on scene of a 2 vehicle MVC with 2 injuries and Deputy 29 established Route 13 Command. A-29 and B-15 had 1 patient a piece and transported them to CER. After the patients were cleared the scene was placed under control turned over to DSP all 29 units returned.
