*L3 Residential Fire - 100 block Sarazen Drive

On the above date Stations 1 and 27, Engine and Rescue 4 & 24, and Engine 26 were dispatched for a residential fire at the above location. Tower 27 along with 27-8 made a quick response and arrived on scene too find a 2 story single family dwelling with nothing evident from the exterior. Upon making entry, Tower 27 officer found heavy smoke in the basement division. 29-4 was on the road and on radio at which point 27-8 added them to the response as the R.I.T. for the alarm. 29-4 arrived and was advised to set up as the R.I.T. on the D-side. The fire was knocked and overhaul was started. We remained available on scene for the duration of the incident until released by command. Units On Scene: 27-8 (Bailey), Tower 27, Rescue 27, Quint 1-7, Engine 1-6, Tanker 24,BLS B-4,Engine 26-2, Engine 29-4, Medic 5,Delaware State Fire Marshals Office, MPD, NCCPD.
