On Friday April 11th at 13:32 Hrs the station was alerted to assit Delaware City Fire Company on a detached Garage Fire. Chief 29 (Speakman) arrived on location with smoke showing. Rescue Engine 296 responded and acted as the First Due special service. The crew went to work on removing the garage door for access and hooking ceilings. The crew operated for 1 hr until released by command.
