On todays date the Port Penn Vol. Fire Company saw a piece of history depart to begin its life anew for the Turley Fire and Rescue Company outside Tulsa Oklahoma. Engine 29-4 saw a 21 year career here at Port Penn and served the citizens of the district and surrounding communities time and time again without fail. It was a dependable front line engine up until its sale today. Engine 4 was replaced by a 2013 Pierce PUC Rescue/Pumper placed in service August of 2013. The Officers and Members of Port Penn would like to wish Turley Fire and Rescue the best of luck with their new addition and many more years of service to come!!
