On February 24th 2017 Wilmington Manor Fire Company was alerted for a multi-residential structure fire with a report of a kitchen on fire in a second-floor apartment at the Beaver Brook Apartment complex. 296 responded with a crew of 5 and operated on scene for an hour performing overhaul.
