Port Penn Fire and Odessa Fire Companies were dispatched to a reported overturned vehicle on Route 301. Units arrived onscene to find a 10-wheel dump truck on its side down an embankment. Crews assisted EMS with bringing a patient up the hill via stokes basket attached to a haul system for patient safety.
