At approximately 1730hrs Port Penn along with Odessa, Middletown, Delaware City, and Wilmington Manor Fire Companies were dispatched to a Residental Fire. Port Penn arrived on scene to report fire showing from the roof. The fire was quickly contained and held to one area. Crews operated on scene for two hours checking for extension and wetting down hot spots.
