On the date above Port Penn and Delaware City Fire Companies along with NCC Paramedics were dispatched to the 900 block of Port Penn Road for a report of a motorcyclist lying in the roadway. Emergency crews arrived and worked to stabilize and administer aid, as well as mitigate hazards. Crews from Delaware City arrived securing a landing zone for Trooper 4 to land. Crews worked cohesively to stabilize and transfer care to Trooper 4's crew.
