Port Penn, Delaware City and Goodwill Fire Companies, along with Delaware State Police Aviation (Trooper4) were dispatched to the Delaware River in the area of Reedy Island to locate a disabled vessel. The vessel was located near the New Jersey side of the River north of Artificial Island. 29Marine-1 made initial contact and shortly thereafter towed the disabled vessel into Augustine Beach with Fireboat15.
