On the above date Stations 29 & 1-5, Medic 5 and Trooper 4 were dispatched for an MVC with a rollover in the 100 Block of Market Street Port Penn. Units arrived on scene to find a single vehicle rollover with the only occupant out of the vehicle. The driver was evaluated on scene and refused transport to the emergency department. ALS units were cleared and the scene was placed under control holding to 29 and 1-5 units.
