At 0805hrs Port Penn and Delaware City Fire Companies as well as the NCC Surface Water Rescue Team were dispatched to a vehicle partially submerged at Augustine Beach. 29-8 arrived and reported a vehicle on the jetty taking port Penn Command. MRU29 arrived and two water rescue technicians entered the water investigating the vehicle. A search turned up negative and Command held the situation to 29 and 15 units until turned over to DNREC.
