At approximately 1620hrs Delaware City, Port Penn, and Odessa Fire Companies were dispatched to a vehicle fire on the southbound side of the Roth Bridge. Units arrived on scene and proceeded to extinguish the vehicle and mitigate hazards before turning the scene over to DSP.
