On the above date Marine Units 1-5, 18 and 29 were dispatched for a disabled vessel in the Delaware River in the area of Hamburg Cove. Marine units arrived to find the vessel in the marsh off Hamburg Cove with engine trouble. 18 Marine 1 was able to make contact with the vessel and secure a tow rope. They initiated tow back to the Delaware City State Dock with escort by Fireboat 1-5 and 29-M-1 along with DNREC. The disabled vessel was secured back to the dock and scene was placed under control all Marine units cleared.
